Insurance

Most of our therapists are in-network with most insurance carriers, and we will do what we can to make it easy on you by doing all of the billing for you. To find out if therapy services are covered, we suggest calling your insurance provider and asking the following questions: â€‹

  • What are my mental health benefits? 

  • Do I have a deductible and how much is it? 

  • Once my deductible is met, how much is my copayment per session?

  • Is there a limit on sessions per calendar year? 

  • Does my plan cover an out-of-network provider? 

  • Is prior approval required from my primary care physician?

Knowing your mental health insurance coverage is very important because if your insurance does not cover services then you are responsible for paying the uncovered fees. We will do everything we can to make it easy for you to use health insurance. You simply pay your deductible or copay at time of service and our administrative staff will submit the sessions to your insurance. 

Below is a partial list of insurance companies we accept as a clinic. This may vary depending on your therapist. Please make sure to verify any coverage with your insurance company.

Billing/Making a Payment

If you have mental health benefits, we will submit claims to your insurance for you. Remaining balances after insurance and cash pay rates are billed directly to the client. Statements are mailed out monthly and emailed through Simple Practice. Below are some ways you can make a payment. 

Pay through the patient portal. Paying through the patient portal is convenient for clients who prefer not to enroll in autopay but do not have time to call and pay during business hours.

Call our office at (208) 643-5343. Any of our office staff can assist you with making a payment over the phone. 

Setup AutoPay. AutoPay is convenient for clients who don't want to manually pay their balances. AutoPay can be setup by speaking with the front desk over the phone, or in person.
